After breakfast, I walked around the Kutugata area aimlessly.

Kutsugata Promontory Park is popular where you can enjoy sweeping views of Mt. Rishiri as well as Rebun island across the water.

Rishiri Town Hall; The town has an estimated population of 2,684 (2008). Industry; Fishery and tourism are prosperous. Many tourists come in the summer.

This forest park offers solace from the hustle and bustle of daily life, offeringa place for bird watching, nature walk and quiet reflection.

After the Rishiri Forest Park, I headed to the next destination “Oshidomari Area” by bus.
