I left the hotel for the old, histrical town of Andorra La Vella at 9:00 and arrived Comú d’Andorra la Vella (Government Office Building).
Take the elevator at the Government Office to the roof, it is the Plaça del Poble (People’s Square).
Moved to Plaça del Princep Benlloch (Prince Plaza Benlloch)
The church was dedicated to the first Christian martyr, St. Stephen, who is the patron saint of Andorra la Vella, the feast of St. Stephen is on 26 December.
This monument from Sergi Mas represents the “contrapàs”, a dance of Andorra la Vella.
The historical house, Casa de la Vall is the headquarters of the General Council of Andorra. It was built in 1580 as a manor and tower defense by the Busquets family.
Historic old town of Andorra La Vella was of deep interest to me. And then I climbed the halfway up a mountain of Pyrenees and looked down at the town of Andorra La Vella.
Andorra La Vella is a modern town but has rich nature. I really enjoyed there enough. And next is Santa Coloma d’Andorra (Santa Coloma church).
